Schedule of Meetings

The Parish Council normally meets at 7.00 pm on the 2nd Monday in the month at the Pavilion, QEII Recreation Field. Occasionally the meeting may be rescheduled but a notice to that effect will always be given at least 7 days before the revised date and published on the Parish notice board outside of the post office.

Members of the public are very welcome to attend meetings and there is an open public forum starting at 7.00 pm for any parishioner who may wish to raise an issue with the Council. If you do wish to attend to raise an issue please ensure that you are in attendance at the commencing time of 7.00 pm. The open forum is limited to 30 minutes unless there is a significant matter to discuss.

The Finance Committee meets quarterly and the Planning Committee meets as and when required. Agendas for all meetings are posted the week beforehand on the parish notice board and on these pages.

Draft minutes are also put on the notice board and then approved at the next meeting.

Minutes of Past Meetings

The Parish Clerk – Sacha Hagar can provide copies of past Parish Council meetings. She is normally available in the Parish Office, 2 Galpin Street (by the Co-Op) from 2.00pm to 4.00pm on Mondays (except on Bank Holidays/Annual Leave).
